Jalbhara Sandesh.

Jalbhara is a filled Bengali sweet made with chhena. Its moulded sandesh shell holds a liquid centre. Nolen Gur Jalbhara contains date-palm jaggery; other flavours have their own ingredient profiles.

Narampak is the softer texture, used by default for Kolkata piece packs. Kadapak is firmer and is the default for all 400g Sandesh packs. If you want a different preparation, contact our team before the sweets are made.

Shelf life begins on the preparation/manufacture date, not the delivery date. Narampak: 2 days at room temperature, or 4–5 days during winter. Kadapak: 4 days at room temperature, or 5–6 days during winter. Refrigeration after receipt may add up to one day; it does not restart the shelf life. Transit time counts. Follow the use-by date and storage instructions on the pack, and keep sweets away from heat and direct sunlight.
