Q1. What are the Payment Methods?

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 7 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at info@ganguram.com

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us info@ganguram.com with your order number for any clarification.

Q2. What is the minimum order value that I need to place?

The minimum online order value is 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only).


Q3. Do you deliver all across India?

Yes, we do deliver items across the country but a few selected items as most sweets have a shelf life of 24 hours only.


Q4. Do you deliver to locations outside India?

Yes, we do deliver to location Abroad (Outside India) but the items are limited and is done via Custom Orders.


Q5. What are the delivery charges?

For Local Delivery (Kolkata Only), we have a minimum order value of 300/-. Any orders below the minimum value will be chargeable at 50/- as Delivery Charges.

For National Delivery, there is no minimum order value. We charge 55/- per 500 grams.


Q6. How much time do you take to supply Bulk/Corporate orders?

Delivery time of the orders placed in respect to Bulk/Corporate order may vary, depending upon the size of the order.
Non seasonal bulk orders need to be placed at least 5-10 days prior to the date of delivery. Seasonal bulk orders need to be placed at least 2-3 days prior to the date of delivery.


Q7. Can I cancel the order after placing an order?

Only Orders with Payment Pendingor Card-Failedor Card Flaggedstatus can be cancelled by emailing us at info@ganguram.com. Otherwise orders once placed on ganguram.com cannot be cancelled.


For cancelled orders, money would be credited to your card within 7-10 working days automatically.


Q8. What is the delivery time for an order?

Minimum delivery time for any order is 48 hours for Kolkata and Suburbs and 72 hours for other parts of the country.

Q10. How safe is it to shop online at ganguram.com with a credit card?

At ganguram.com, it is safe to use your credit card to make payment for your order. Ganguram Sweets uses the latest encryption technology to ensure that information is transmitted from your browser to our servers safely over the Internet on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) link. In fact, we have a secure digital certificate from Trustwave., one of the world's largest secure digital certificates issuing company.


Q11. I have received an email that the order is ACCEPTED what does that mean?

ACCEPTED means your payment is successful and the items you have ordered will be delivered to your given address. If you receive an email that your order is CANCELLED it means that ganguram.com cannot deliver your order and your payment will be refunded to your credit/debit card or bank account.


Q12. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders in Track your Order link, whether pending or delivered, that you have placed with Ganguram Sweets.


Q13. Some food items received in the shipment has leaked or broken.

We ensure that food items are well packed and labelled as PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE,THIS SIDE UP . to avoid any damage during the shipment. However, due to mishandling by courier, it may happen that some products are broken. Ganguram Sweets does not take responsibility of the same.


Q14. I was given an estimated delivery time, but the shipment is delayed.

Some orders may be delayed due to customs clearance/courier companies or any other issues. We will keep you informed of the same via e-mail/phone on the delivery timings.


Q16. How safe is my personal information with Ganguram Sweets shop?

Q17. How long do the sweets last?

Normally, the sweets last anywhere from 1 day to 5 days, depending on the kind of sweet, climatic condition and storage.
Milk sweets have a life line of less than 24 hours without refrigeration, more than 2 days if refrigerated.
Mawa sweets last upto 5 days without refrigeration and more if refrigerated.
Dry Fruit sweets and certain other sweets last longer than 8 days without refrigeration.
However, we recommend to consume any sweet within two days.
