Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Ganguram will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Cancellation requests will also not be approved for products that the Ganguram marketing team has obtained for special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the Ganguram customer service team within 12 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for example could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help Ganguram take a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer's liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within expiry date.
In case of receipt of damaged product, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. The Customer should provide adequate information (including photographs) so Ganguram can take it up with the Courier company. Ganguram will provide refund/replacement to the customer in case of a positive decision.
For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.
Ganguram will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, they have advised it takes them 7-10 business days to process the refund.

P.S. At times, the delivery may take longer than expected due to unavoidable circumsatnces, (if any). We do not guarantee delivery time for local delivery during festivals. For outstation, since we use a courier service, we do guarantee delivery time.
Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events. However, we will always endeavour to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
In situations outside of Ganguram's control (Product unavailability, Public holidays, Strikes, Natural Disasters etc.), there could be a delay in shipping the Order.
Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. Ganguram will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address provided. Ganguram will not deliver to post-box only address.
For any changes to the Order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Ganguram will try and accommodate the changes as much as possible depending on order status and other parameters. No changes would be accepted once the order has been shipped.
You will get an email with the tracking details as soon as the product is shipped.
Any charges like Value Added Tax (VAT), Customs Tax, Customs Excise Duty, Service Tax or any Direct or Indirect taxes, post shipment, in any Country, State/Province, City/Town, Disctrict, both National and Iternational, will be liable to the consignee/customer.
